Whether you are joking or not, you have no right to label anyone in this world as an "ugly" person. Thats because every body is God's creation and you cannot condemn on what God has given. Between, i'm not ugly, I never felt that way.

Anyhow, i believe that everyone is beautiful in one way or the other. Some people feel ugly because they have problem with their self esteem.

Of course, I agree with what you have said about being presentable. But, don't you think that beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. If you have problem with your self esteem and feel that you are ugly, you will see your own deficit in others. At the same time, if you feel that you are good looking, the problem with how they look doesn't matter. No offence, its all about your ego problem.
