Anyways, as far as I know, this Point-to-point radars are not installed yet. The plan is to start with free roads first then study if it is applicable within the city or not.
Definetly, the one you mentioned is not a point-to-point radar.
BTW, you still have to be cautios for the hidden radars as recently they decided to let go the decency of installing ONLY fixed visible radars.
