With this experience I would say that ....You have to be very patient...tackle things smartly and offcourse you should have right document as per their requirement.
Once you fulfill all the requirements as mentioned and if you are eligible (minimum 10,000 qrs salary and should be mentioned in the salary certificate provided by your employer - Arebic typed) then I think No body will stop you to get your family....
Also you should be lucky as well... Thanks to almighty...

I would suggest Please visit MOI and Immigration office with a person who can speak and understand Arabic to address your queries. It will be really helpful.
