If DHL required your wife for a medical, that means she is holding a working visa sponsored by your company, and she is not on family visa under your sponsorship. Since she is holding a working visa, she has to go through the OFW - POEA processing, PDOS then OEC. And I don't think direct processing (like the direct hiring procedure before) is still allowed in POEA.
