My section in charge misplaced it at the college. Every time he used to give lame excuses and at last he was like blaming me, that he already gave me and I lost some where.
As I said, it took me more than a year. We applied and they said they will send it to school. Some (or) the other mistake they used to commit. Finally we got rid of waiting & at last we took our principal to the board office and we got it issued from there directly.
