However small these people earn they contribute something in the country. You can find them in almost every industry: health, entertainment (we are tops here!), business, etc...Get rid of the stink and see what happens.
There's Hakarl in Iceland/Greenland, Stinky Tofu in China, Kimchi and Hongeo from Korea, and from the fashion capital France they have Vieux-Boulogne Cheese aka Sablé du Boulonnais and Époisses de Bourgogne Cheese (banned in France by public transport because of its smell!), Natto and Kusaya from Japan, etc.. there's more. Google all of these.
