TB,that is the other way. It will be better if you also insert inside the meat the crushed garlic, rosemary & black pepper. Then make a gravy composed of rosemary, lemon,black pepper & salt....apply it on the beef while being roasted....every 10 mins. It will be yummier. Hmmmmmn...Im getting hungry.
