AS long as you dont have any police/criminal case - i dont think you should have any problem in obtaining it.

its a very simple process, i believe QL has many posts describing the process.

Once you apply - you have wait from 6 days to 2 weeks time and if u have registered with metrash u will receive a SMS on approval.
