once, instead of blocking the annoying users i was blocked coz i was trying to give warning to others from one annoying user and i mentioned her name but unfortunately the name was blacklisted and i was blocked for only mentioning that name in my post but thanks to MOD they understood my situation and they recovered my account.
So guys: Don't mention the exact name of any annoying user as it might be blacklisted & u will get blocked
