I suggest you deal directly with the ministry - they know what is required and are very helpful. I;m afraid if you rely on QL you get loads of conflicting and incorrect advice on this topic.
I know several women in this situation and there were no issues, providing you meet the salary criteria ( which you do) and there was no such delay. Your situtation is not even considered a special case any more,
