i think birth certificates should be attested as on entry to qatar , immigration department will write a serial number on that birth certificate for further visa process.

i m not confirm about that but i am sharing with you because i am also facing this matter and this information i got from qatar living and from some other friends. i will bring my newly born baby in next month with in 90 days.
