is this another scam? just asking because in any competition, there is already plan like the following:
1.Theme of the contest.
2.judges
3. Prizes
4. terms and condition.
5. etc etc.
but how come there is already a photo competition wherein the judges, prizes and sponsors and even the submissions of entries are not yet decided. this is a stupid crap.
