u have 2 options:
1- go to khalifa traffic dept. and go to the same place where they are fixing the new number plate there is a police man with sandy brown uniform he will stamp ur inspection paper and done.
2- go to the inspection center and ask about the police man so that he will stamp the paper.
generally in the inspection centers police men come only in the morning but in khalifa they are there till 11pm
