Have you got police report in favour of your friend?Take and go to labour department relevant embassy.They will force his employer to give exit permit as well as NOC.sorry to hear this incident about your friend.I do not understand being a muslim country what these some of people want to give inspiration to the rest of the non muslim world.This what the world laugh about and make jokes about religion.I must agree rare of them good too.
