You have to get NOC from your company with Computer Card Copy. Then directly go to Madinat Khalifa Liccencing authority office and go to building no 3 and get form for eye test, after filling go for eye test (no fees) after that submit the documents. Also you have to carry 2 passport size photographs & original license with you. For changing GCC license cost is QAR 250/- only.
