Mr. Almansouri is not a homosexual, the victim was. He was a US tourist who came to visit his "boyfriend" who he met online. Mr. Almansouri did not even know he was living with a homosexual. The victim was intoxicated and tried to "inappropriately" approach Mr. Almansouri, and the rest is history.
I would totally do the same.
