Excuse me, no offense to your above comment..What do you mean by self-evaluation? If the guy has stated his job post and offer, it's enough. 3000 QR is too low an offer for the job post he mentioned. The experience and certifications are all gimmicks set forth by the hiring managers. They do not account for 80 percent of successful job secures. I've seen 10th grade drop outs bossing(fooling around) highly qualified personnel in many companies here. If an employee has a right to live and work here according to his wish, he is entitled to minimum wage, which for a country like this is 4.5 to 5 K. It's not our problem if people are unaware of minimum standards and prefer to work and survive somehow on wages lesser than that. They should realize that this place is wrong for them. In a country like this are you trying to imply that the so called person should consider living even on a monthly wage as low as 800 based on his experience and qualifications? That Sir... IMO is too rude and a misguide outright. I hope you know how the rents here are going up along with the cost of life, as per the standards increasing slowly for 2022 moto.
There are lots of private companies who are trying to run their firms by employing people on very low wages or even months without payment. They should be brought before the law and strict actions taken upon. The guy has to only reject such an offer and move on with the better job hunt for his own good, unless and until he wishes to pull himself into the brink.
