Go to any computer institute, hopefully none will say no to Introductory Photoshop course and miss out on the opportunity to lighten you up by a thousand or two for doing nothing. I suggest you get the software, download from some 100s of tutorials, ebooks, guides available on the web. There are thousands of videos available on youtube to follow photoshop as well. Better still, find some very good self paced books on PS from Jarir and there you go. It's fun learning photoshop. If you don't like any of the above methods then perhaps you should not take up photoshop at all. no offense :)
