The Immigration Staff at the window will direct you to the Captain if your concern is beyond their knowledge. You just don't go to his office for petty concerns so make sure that you are setting an appointment to see him on an urgent basis. It would be an advantage if you can communicate in Arabic as well.BTW, he looks kinda intimidating:)
