I think we got the same situation where I also bumped my car's fromt bumpers on a pole at a parking area. Just bring your car to the police station together with your istimara papers and ask the police to inspect the bumper so he can issue you a police report for painting. cost is 12 QR for the stamp and its not that much. took me only 5 minutes to get a police report and I was off to my car painter for some repairs. ;-)
