the driver refusing to turn the meter on isnt acceptable of course, but instead of listening to one end, ever wonder why they would do that?
i personally believe it is out of desperation, due to numerous allegations they are barely covering there expenses here, not getting what they were promised (during hiring) and to add pain to insult, their poor working conditions (hours, policies, etc)
instead of building customer satisfaction with this media stunt, they should have tried to build there internal issues prior.
