can't cleanse it overnight but the present govt. is doing something about it. So many years of bad governance. It is a long and arduous struggle I tell you, and you're right it will be up to us how to correct it. We kicked out an american lap dog who screwed us for a long time and whatever issues we are exepriencing now should be addressed by all stake holders- we the filipino people.
