Cook anything allowed but please make it truly tasty. Tried a lot of Pinoy resto and me and my friends could only say one thing: the gall to put up a resto! I'll give you an example: Red Lobster recently open shop. Good food but easy on the pocket prices. Said this before: Make it tasty with reasonable prices and even if you're based in Al Khor your target market will flock to your resto! Good luck!
