The majority of the UAE Labor cases are in favor of the employee. So you can't blame the UAE Justice system - infact the laws are much better there.
India should learn from the Chinese who inspite of the 1billion plus people ensure that the Chinese citizen outside its borders given enough regards - since they - in ways more than one - represent China.
If the government of India tries to sell the regional super power image; then it should realize that degrading the status of its citizens degrades this super status too.
