Bachus, good points. I agree that if Japan had developed nuclear weapons first, they would have used it. As such Japan managed to develop biological weapons and used it in China. Japan used bubonic plague as part of its biological weapon in China. They were all in a race to develop nuclear, chemical andn biological weapons. It was indeed an all out World War. Something we all should want to avoid as much as possible today.
