U can get visa only upon arrival but depends on nationality..only Westeners, Europeans etc can get visa upon arrival in Doha,,but if u are Filipina u have to contact Travel Agencies...TRY FAHAD TRAVEL ..google it and find their contact number..I worked in Qatar for 5yrs and got married there last July 12 only..my husband need to send me here in Dubai while processing my husband visa/family visa..now if they can't finish my Family visa on this month, i will probably get tourist visa by end of this month...I am filipina by the way presently staying here in Dubai...I know one guy there who's processing tourist visa and it costs maybe around 1k Riyals or more not sure yet plus 2 way ticket..(Qatar Airways or Fly Dubai) once ur on tourist visa u have to show 2 way ticket (return) and sometimes looking for show money like 5,000 riyals or Dhs...GOOD LUCK!
