She charts out a very healthy diet plan including fruits, veggies, red and white meat, wheat stuff and not to forget the dates and dark chocolate bites too :) Moreover, 30 mins exercise is a MUST along with your healthy eating habits. Avoid eating quick slimming soups/teas or weird shakes and pills. They're rather spoiling your internal organs!
