Brands no longer rule the phone segment... especially the tablet & minitab market ....ok they have some more time say till the end of this year....
Operating System... rules
Android rules the phone market... those who dont know about Android usually end up buying Apple. Those who are really nerd lug the Blackberry around... as if it is some style statement.... they usually keep talking about its push mail feature...security...blah blah... I seriously dont discuss technology with these BB guys.
The odd one out is the Windows phone. It sticks out like a sore thumb.... but they have upgraded the GPS Bing mapping to double that of Google Maps in some areas... meaning they are going to add more... But the way I see it, Windows are at least 5yrs away from any serious competition.
In spite of all their superiority on the Desktop market, funny things is that the Windows guys have still not figured out the Phone market although they have been there for a long time now....lol
