If you come to Qatar and your lifestyle improves, even if at the expense of professionalism, common courtesy and politeness in your day to day dealing with people, then you are feeling lucky - good for you.

Alternatively, if your lifestyle remains the same, but other stuff goes sour, then even with extra money over a short period of time you start to feel not so lucky.

You sit in the first camp. Coming for India, you haven't experienced and or lived in a community situation, where people wave thanks at you for giving way on the road, where professional standards are maintained and people are judged based on their character and merit, not based on what their passport is. Plus, your lifestyle also changed perhaps, so you should rightly feel lucky. Therefore try not to judge the ones who are not in the lucky camp.
