Ryan it means best friend forever. I have both guy and girl BFF's back in the states. I miss them so much. They know how to make me laugh when I am sad, make me smile when I want to hit them, lol from their smart--s remarks and best of all, know how to cook and just chill out with friends. Volleyball, pool(billards) card games, bike rides etc. we still play like kids even at our age.
