Why is religion and God's name taken in vain so frequently, mostly for squabbling over who's right and wrong?
If Kate wants to cover her head, fine. If she wants to go topless... fine. The invasion of privacy is a crime, however.
Of course there is attraction among people, covered or not covered.
The Arabs already covered their faces and heads from days of yore. It was a necessity, living in the harsh desert. The purpose in Islam, however, is to mark Muslim women with distinction, that the head-cover be drawn further, and everyone knows that this is a Muslim lady.
We go into more emotional debates, trying to prove our own ideas right.
No offense anyone, please let's keep everything in perspective. Mine may be misguided or misunderstood, feel free to correct me. But do it nicely, and I'm all ears :)
