i agree with u j1s but this is not MODs job, this require admin interfering.
on the other hand, if u think in a commercial thinking letting such cheaters to exist in this site increases the number of visitors which means more profit out of the commercial ads (which is the main income for the site owners).
in other words "the site owners don't care as long as there are huge number of visitors for their website"
