They are all humans so it really doesn't matter. Like Molten Metal asked, which nationality is the employer? Indians usually prefer Srilankan or Nepali because of the language and food similarities. I have a Filipino and she's been with us for the last 2 1/2 years and we have barely any trouble with her. So it really depends on you. If you're nice and honest with her then why would she run away???
