in QP offshore, you'll started as General Operator (DCS panel operator) starting with grade 8. Basically with the years of experience you got, maybe around QR8000 as a basic salary. The calculation for bachelor package would be:
8000/mth - basic salary
5500/mth -accomodation allw (if family packge: QR7300)
160/mth -transport allw from accmdtn to helibase
155/day -offshore allw. *working sched is 7/7
33/day -shift allw.
*offshore sched is 7d off/7d duty = 14days - 17dys a month. Offshore allw would be Qr2170 (14days)
roughly... you can get around QR18 - 20k/month including daily overtimes.
