Unfortunately i think we'll have to look around this area and pay the price.

With regards to Hospitals so far my wife has spoken to a few people and Al-Ahli seems the place to be. She has a few recommendations for doctors there as well.

We did see a very nice town house on the Pearl but it didn't have the amenities included. We at least want access to a pool and gym ideally.
