Well traditions that are taken way too far are in the same category as religion..
but it says that the newer generation careless about traditions anymore.
But we can agree on something, they are well civilized (Disregarding the extremism of some traditions).

@Spock, We humans, are not in the same league as the Romans or Greeks! Well to look at it the English and Scottish are also unorthodox ! Cheese rolling sport anyone?
