i just ordered a tuniq tx-4 thermal paste through aramex and they didnt make any problems for me :/ so you can try ordering no biggi :) and H70 is better because it takes less space then V6 because its really really huge and dosent fit in some motherboards because of the north and southbridge heatsinks as mine 790I :)
