hehehe in my country i pay 70qar I got 10Mb. 1 movie d/l in 2-4mins. wifi stuffs speed a bit slower but still faster than Qtel 1Mb/233qar
slow, not running full speed and block everything = Qtel
I bet u that will not gonna fix in anyway. try read older complain in QL.
