Some old Karwa drivers are experts in ripping off customers and doing fraudulent activities and we haven't seen any action from their management even if we complain. Anyway, I had good experiences taking the Karwa-Al Ijara franchise taxis (blue top) so if you have a chance to choose, go for them. They haven't ripped me off and have courteous drivers because I've heard they are paid better.
