I am overwhelmed by the number of responses this post got. It shows humanity is not yet lost in our 'rat race'. I thank you those of you who are very skeptical. If someone else had posted a similar post, I would feel the same.
Now like Arien said here, he doesn't trust those charities who end up with surplus funds. He is right.

I did not become an adult overnight. It took years my dear friend. But for sure an old faded cloth did bring smiles to those who received it. I have seen it with my own eyes.

Someone said something about the pictures. I will be honest with you. I remember pictures better than just words.
Someone said something about Africa: Of course, Africa will be counted in. It just happens that I had these pictures from Asia.
Now I will reply to UKEng comments. Thank you UKEng for raising them. It cost money to give money. Correct. 10 people contributing Qr100 a month totals up to QR 12,000. I suggested two visits in one year. I guess from QR12,000 the ticket would cost QR3500 for 2 tickets in the year ( QR1,500 a return ticket to India...I am sure though) Here I would go to Qatar Airways and ask for a discounted ticket for Charity purposes. OK. Then from there, the volunteer will stay 4 days or even 3 days in the area. May be 300 riyals in a modest place to live in..NOT 5 stars. So lets assume QR5,000 riyals expenses. This will leave us QR7,000. This is 474,000 rupees in India for example. The volunteer will carry his own clothes for 3 days stay. The rest of his 30 allowed kg will be donated clothing for kids from the 10 of us. We will ask those of you who have kids, specially small kids.
Day 1, Volunteer arrives. He searches for a shop. He buys food and put them in boxes.
Day 2 He takes a taxi and distribute in those affected ares. Guys/Gals, I have been to the slum of Mumbai only once. I am not from India. So those who are Indians can suggest some ideas in the distribution process.
Day 3, he comes back. The holiday will not be paid by the 10 of us. This is to be taken from your annual holiday.
Well, this is basically it. I am at work and cannot write more. May be we could meet.
My sincere thanks to GypsyGal, FathimaH,Radius, Ransuz,Anooj,Arien,LandLover and Baburao who are willing to join. Including me, we will be 9. I need one more volunteer.I will set up a meeting for the above 8 or Inshallah 9 people in the 1st week of next month. Then we have a brainstorming session and we think how best to get over the hurdles this idea might face. God Bless you all.
