I doubt she was caged liked an animal and regarding having rights the way we are used too, it doesn't happen for any expat in the Gulf, this is something we have to accept or not go abroad. I know it's not always fair,but as a human being, she had no right to do that,and in fact she would not get away with that in any other country either. She could have ran to her Embassy, they have many maids hiding out there. WE don't know the whole truth about this, only the maids side. Her actions will not solve any thing now, she will be put to death, wouldn't it have been better to run away and take the chance of deportation back to her country?
