Yes I see the differance and most of the companys that pay late are owned by a foreign workers under a Qatari name.
He becomes rick and treated other people and friends from the same country in a bad way. So thats the main thing if the issue gets is known and they Qatari knows about it. It will get solved.
But if there is a boss on there workers with the budget and he is supposed to pay them on time. He walks to my office and says I know my people better we are from the same country let me pay them late they will work better.
we treat them right most of the time like 80% and pay them on time 95% of the time
