I agree with you its really hard to move sponsor but it some cases it can happen but most of the time it doesn't.

If the movemnt is for a better paid job and wont effect the current sponsor i think the decision should be a 100% taken by the worker but this isn't the case here. All we can hope for than is that it gets fixed and doesn't effect in the long run
