Oh sorry guys.. I wasn't really serious about anyone buying the car to use here in Qatar - although I have seen a few very nice sport models around town from time to time!
Haven't you heard about the posh car debacle in London? with swish cars prowling the streets late at night and early morning - disturbing the peace apparently!
Thought it might be a candidate for that scenario with all the thrills of their street drag races - pure adrenalin methinks!
And yes I agree about too many speed humps being a problem here but what's a speed bump anyway??... many cars I've seen find a way to drive around the side of them!!
Always amuses me seeing the Landcruisers driving at five kilometres an hour over a speed bump... I mean, are they 4WD cars or not huh? and yet they hoon around the desert no worries!
But there's always the bragging factor - nice little number to have for driving around town and in parades of course! Certainly would get a lot of attention from like-minded enthusiasts! Which is the whole point naturally!
As for the trailer driver... hey you forget about the I love Qatar paraphernalia on the car which would make it easily seen I am sure!
Just sayin'.....
