jack: If women have mood swings due to hormone changes, I assure we men have mood swings too. Its just that we don't have term for that... May be something like following example

Husband: Honey I am not in the mood today
Wife: Whats the matter darling.
Husband; Nothing... Its not me its the testostrial changes, you know
Wife: O... I totally understand :)

So its the terminology that we need. Nothing more :P
