Not sure how much the lawyer may charge you but i'll try help best of my knowledge. I understand that the driver was not under any sponsor but the car must have been registered under the company name or a person's name(most probably under the name of the company owner). He should at least have a third party insurance which covers damage done to your car. If not, then company or that person should pay since it was his car that did the damage.
