My contract ended on 30/04/2013, so I need not to submit any official resignation. Still I submitted it on 01/06, asked him to release me from 01/07. Verbally he said that they will not cancel my VISA and will not settle my account.
Let us wait till 01/07 if I don't get it then I will disclose the full details in this forum and I will file a case in labor court.
Please advice in this case roughly how long should I stay at Qatar after 30/06, so that I can prepare myself.
