If you Google Harrods Qatar and look at the images, I like the one with the two blue sports cars out the front that were clamped!
I've no problem with the sports cars being taken over to London for a drive around, but not ok without the correct documents. No insurance being the worse. What would happen to most expats here if they had no insurance?

Also anyone who thinks Harrods is the pride of London is a moron.
