2. build up notorious schemes to turn a blind eye to the paedo's living 3ormaybe 5kms round the block
3. lock up kids from playing in their own backyard just in case the paedo's get offended
4. and in case they are having top notch plastic surgeons blunder up their face-do
5. give an opportunity to have perversity, depravity, amorality visit again
and again, and again.
