With apologies for my English grammar,
Woman dressed modestly will never attract the vulgar eyes.
Those women, who venture out with exposing dress ultimately invite the hungry eyes and flies.
I would not quote the Islamic teachings here in as, every Muslim(if that gazer happens to be Muslim) knows what's his action to be when such situation arises but why to complain if you are moving out with inviting/exposed dress.
Surely, an uncovered toffee attracts more flies than a nicely packed one.
